Projects

Aggeliki’s work interests vary in themes and approaches. There are some parameters that reappear in her work and evolve throughout the years. Overall she likes to combine different art mediums like dance, theater, music, visual art.  The movement vocabulary is set as a result of a period of exploration through guided thematic improvisations. The collaboration with the performers has a special focus on individual movement. All the collaborators have a very important input and the end result is a product of team work.

The various approaches and themes range from integrative dance, our environmental imprint and stories of the body.

Through the years, she has adapted the creative processes she uses in several occasions and has applied them to open the work to a wider audience in the community by materializing projects in collaboration with educational institutions like primary and elementary schools as well as in higher education.
